Dr Govind Jindal
Practice Dentist
I have over 17 years experience as a dentist & have relocated to Launceston from Devonport earlier this year.
I have worked as a Dentist and Consultant Oral Surgery in Northern India, and also worked as a professor in dental school for almost 12 years.
Having relocated to Launceston with my family recently, I have take up the position as the principle dentist here at Rodney Geelan (Launceston Dental) & look froward to seeing you all at your next appointment.

Practice Manager/Treatment Co-Ordinator
As a qualified dental nurse with over 25 years in dental health, I have extensive experience in all facets of the industry.
As practice manager, I oversee the efficient management of our business, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care. During my 14 years working with Dr Geelan, I have set about creating a best practice environment for all of our patients.
As a busy mother of three girls, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, playing tennis, coaching swimming, reading, and gardening.
Dr Ankur Sachdeva
Dentist
have been in the dental industry for over 12 years and have practised in both the private and public sectors. I am truly passionate about providing our patients with holistic care through his gentle and calming manner.
I spend lots of my private time volunteering in charitable organisations. I enjoy spending my spare time exploring nature, hiking, camping, boxing and I am also a proud owner of an extremely active “sausage dog”.
Vickey Hsu
Oral Health Therapist/Dental Hygienist
I am an Oral Health Therapist (dual qualified as a Dental Therapist and Dental Hygienist) who graduated from the University of Newcastle.
This qualification allows me to participate in the diagnosis and treatment of patients of all ages. As an OHT, I can provide hygiene and therapeutic treatments, such as cleans, fillings, teeth whitening, etc.
I also have a special interest in orofacial myology and I am attending further study in this area. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, camping and spending time with my cat- Popcorn.

We cannot fully guarantee that there will be some mild discomfort, however we utilise the latest technology allowing you to be as comfortable as possible, and if needed we provide local anaesthetic.
